Report an accident
Step 1 - Safety first
Stop the vehicle, switch on hazard lights, and make sure everyone is safe. Move to a safe place away from traffic.
You must call the police if anyone is injured, the road is blocked, or another driver leaves without giving details.
Step 2 - Talk to us
Call us on video - show us the scene and we will guide you through everything.
Step 3 - Photograph everything
Take photos of the whole area, all vehicles involved (including their number plates and damage), road markings and anything relevant.
Step 4 - Other vehicles involved
Add every other vehicle and its driver's details.
Step 5 - Witnesses
Names and phone numbers of anyone who saw what happened.
Step 6 - What happened?
Never admit fault at the scene. Exchange details, document everything, and let us and the insurers handle the rest.
